These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Ellis & Jones Clinic retail website (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of New Zealand.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product information and pricing at any time without notice.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the available payment methods on our website. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping within New Zealand is free on all orders.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Thursday only.
  • Orders placed outside of these days will be processed on the next business day.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier services. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with supporting evidence (e.g. photos). We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
